Warranty, Returns and Refunds

WARRANTY
All of our products and components are manufactured to the highest standard possible, and go through rigorous quality control prior to sale.  In the very unlikely event that the item you've purchased doesn't live up to expectations, the guidelines below will help to resolve the issue.
ITEM/WARRANTY COVERED NOT COVERED
Luminaire bodies: 36 months

Any manufacturing defects that impact on the product's ability to perform as expected.

Breakage/damage during transit with our approved courier.

Minor manufacturing variances that are a result of small batch, handmade manufacturing processes.

Damage through negligence or rough handling.

Electrical components: 24 months Product failure to perform as expected.

Any electrical components where the luminaire body has been opened.

Any luminaire that is not installed according to the supplied instructions, and where an approved electrician has not been used.

Accessories and stands: 24 months

Product failure to perform as expected.

Material or manufacturing defects.

Minor manufacturing variances that are a result of small batch, handmade manufacturing processes.

Damage through negligence or rough handling.

RETURNS PROCESS
Claims process
Please notify us by email at info@monfalconedesign.com within 24 hours of discovering the problem, including a copy of the original invoice, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product clearly displaying the problem.
We will respond to your claim within three working days, and will advise you whether to return the product, or what needs to happen next.
Once your claim is approved, we will aim to finalise it within seven working days.
Delivery and collection costs

Cost of delivery and collection are for the customer's account.
Original condition and packaging

Items cannot be accepted for return, refund, exchange or credit unless they are in their original condition and packaging.
Should we make an exception to this, the customer will be liable for additional handling fees in line with any associated costs that we incur (repackaging, repair etc).
